When you experience stomach ache that's associated with bloating, gas, diarrhea, and even constipation after eating foods that are high in gluten, foods like french fries, mayonnaise, ketchup, foods that contain malt or malt flavoring, wheat, to mention a few, it may be because of gluten intolerance. This so not go unnoticed because if you do have an intolerance, then it can damage the lining in your small intestine and may hinder it ffrom absorbing minerals, vitamins, and energy from food.
