These Five Local Liquid Lipsticks Were Put To The Test
1. Careline Matte Liquid Lipstick (Better Than Basic Collection), P195
Careline’s newest line of matte liquid lipsticks reminds us of Colourpop’s range. However, their line comes with 12 shade options, three of which are metallic. They have a good variation of nude, metallic and dark colored lippies. In terms of formulation, the consistency is much thicker than your usual lip products but isn’t at al uncomfortable. It takes a while to get dry and it can feel tacky for the first 20 minutes.
2. Careline Liquid Lippe, P125
Another liquid lipstick collection of Careline would be their Careline Liquid Lippie. Unlike their Better Than Basic collection, this selection of shades involves more berry tones. It’s much shorter and stubble too. The consistency isn’t very thick or thin and the liquid lippie lasts 3-4 hours after application. The doe foot lippie applicator is also quite thin and a bit more pointed which is great for outlining lips or those with thinner lips.
3. Human Nature PerfectFlush Cream Tint, P395
If you’re looking for a comfortable liquid lipstick, then Human Nature’s PerfectFlush Cream Tint is definitely the way to go. Because it is a cream tint, the consistency is quite moussey. Although the name says tint, the colors are quite pigmented and can be pulled off as an actual liquid lipstick. However, the range as of now only consists of three shades namely Hibiscus, Petal and Rosy. If you’re looking on a comfy lippie on the go, this may be for you. Human Nature is also cruelty-free and PETA approved!
4. Ever Bilena Liquid Lipstick, P195
Ever Bilena’s newest line of liquid lipsticks have been a crowd favorite. Their nude shades are more on the pink tones but they’ve also included red shades too. The formula of the liquid lipsticks are quite thin, because it applies a bit streaky, expect 2-3 layers to get full-on color. They have a lot of shades for everyday wear!
5. Ever Bilena Advance LTD Liquid Lipstick, P180
Another liquid lipstick that can be your perfect partner if you’re looking for something comfortable, the Ever Bilena Advance LTD Liquid Lipstick does the trick. If you love dark lipsticks then you'll definitely love this because most of their shades are dark and berry tones and the good news is, the lipstick lasts a bit longer than usual liquid lippies given that it has a moussey consistency. Not bad for a lipstick that is less than 200!
