Makeup can make you look good but if you don't prefer using makeup, here are ways to have a naturally glowing face:

Exfoliate your skin.
Exfoliation gets rid of the dead skin cells on the surface of your skin, giving you a softer, more radiant complexion. You can follow it up by applying a brightening sheet mask, and do it regularly to achieve an effortless glow.

Always moisturize and use sunscreen.
A good moisturizer keeps your skin soft, smooth, and OOTD-ready. Use a brightening and nourishing moisturizer to protect your skin from the sun's harsh rays.

Take your vitamin C.
Vitamin C doesn’t just strengthen your immune system. It also helps your body produce collagen, which reduces wrinkles, helps in skin renewal, and makes you look fresher! You can get vitamin C from a different fruits and veggies like berries, citrus fruits, bell peppers, leafy greens, and tomatoes.

Add exercise into your daily routine
Sweating it out gives you a natural pink flush, leaving you with a glow for the rest of the day. Exercising also gives you a chance to de-stress and focus on yourself for at least 30 minutes, and the mental and spiritual benefits are priceless.

Get enough sleep
There’s nothing like some beauty sleep to help you get your glow on! Make sure to get a good night’s rest daily by turning off your lights, drawing your curtains closed, and placing your phone facedown on your nightstand. You can also try sleeping in lower temperatures for a deeper slumber.
