1. No, thanks
Who would even want to give up sweet and sugary desserts? Or crispy and salty french fries? So if the word “diet” comes to the scene, our response is usually an automatic no.
2. Is it worth it?
Anyone trying out something new, especially a diet would have some hesitation. And during the times when it’s extra hard to say no to extra rice, we ask ourselves, “is it worth it?”
3. “Psh! I got this”
After the hesitation subsides and the decision is made, determination and optimism comes in. Although, sometimes we think we can go a week more without our favorite sodas and end up kidding ourselves.
4. Gotta be #BodyGoals!
So you caved in and now you’re starting your diet, you set a goal for yourself and refuse when offered food. Gotta get that body-shape you’ve always wanted
5. Gotta Eat Greens
So you managed to stick to your diet for a few days and feel nothing but proud for yourself as you eat your salad. Whether we admit it or not, there’s been an instance where after one salad, we automatically check out wait assuming there’s a sudden effect.
