Dra. Vicki Belo have been traveling and as seen from their recent photos, they've been really enjoying.

But the netizens didn't just notice the outfits and poses.

For the third time this week, Dra. Vicki' legs became a hot topic among her followers.

It would seem that she is not among the “70 percent of women who have varicose veins..."

In a previous episode of ABS-CBN show Salamat Dok, Dra. Vicki talked about the causes.

"Steam bath, hot bath, too much jogging, and other activities that overwork the legs are minor factors,” she said.

Note that age, gender, genetics, obesity, and prolonged standing or sitting are major factors, too.

How to treat them?

There's the Schelotherapy, a simple, painless, and non-surgical treatment that injects a sclerosing agent on the veins.

Dra. Vicki also gave these tips.

1. Avoid weight gain.

2. Put your legs on top of two piled pillows to reverse the blood flow. Do this for thirty minutes, twice a day, one in the morning and one at night.

3. Wear compression stockings, which is loose on the thigh part but tight at the bottom, making the blood flow upwards.

The support stockings that are available in department stores are tight, and pressures the blood to flow downward.
