High heels will always be on trend even when sneakers and flats have been gaining quite a popularity. After all, there are occasions that call for high heels instead of flats. However, wearing one could be uncomfortable and agonizing.
In order to feel comfortable in those heels, here's the list of things you should consider when buying heels
1. WEAR THE RIGHT SIZE
Know the exact measurement of your feet. Remember, if it didn't fit commfortably when you wore it the first time, it won't feel better, hours later.

2. TAKE SMALL STEPS
It doesn't matter if you are used to walk fast with flats. When wearing high heels, don't be bothered about walking slowly.

Take steps with heels first then glide your toes. This way, your pace will look natural.

4. TAKE BREAKS TO STRETCH THY FEET
By that, we mean remove your shoes for an hour or two and change into flats so that you can stretch your ankles and toes.
