Having broken makeup is one of the worst feelings ever. May it be a powder makeup compact that you dropped on the ground, or a lipstick that you accidentally smushed when you put the cap on it the wrong way, any of these can really feel upsetting.

We compiled 12 easy ways to fix your makeup so it can be good as new.
1. Did you drop your foundation compact? You can fix it by pouring some alcohol in the container and smooth it out with your fingers:

2. If you feel weird that your dipping your finger in the foundation, you can use a spoon to press the foundation back into shape and cover your finger with plastic wrap to smooth it over.

3. You can also try this method, which has you cover the compact with plastic wrap, smashing the makeup even more, then adding the alcohol and smoothing it over with a spatula:
