Things Women Go Through Before Going For Work

by Unknown April 09, 2017 OMG

In a world where women are expected to be prim and proper, being one is hard especially when you have to force yourself to do anything upon waking up. One of the biggest struggles of the day is getting ready in the morning. You have to make people see how stylish and "put together" you are no matter what mood you are in.

So here's a list of things you probably worry about the moment you open your eyes:

1. Getting Out Of Bed
When you're not a morning person, getting out of bed is next to impossible. You've hit the snooze button of your alarm thrice already and yet you still don't have the energy to actually get up.

2. Getting In The Shower
You genuinely think that morning baths are absolute torture.

3. Choosing Your OOTD
You forgot to do it the night before (again) so now you're contemplating on what to wear that is appropriate, stylish, and comfortable. You've got a wardrobe full of clothes yet choosing the right outfit is still a setback.

4. Picking your shoes
After the struggles of choosing your outfit, shoes naman! But after fitting all the possible shoes that can go with your ootd, pipiliin mo pa rin yung favorite flats mo. Haha!

6. Eating Breakfast
You love breakfast foods but you just can't seem to eat at such an early hour so you opt for the on the go snack bars that taste worse.

7. Always Breaking Into A Sweat

Since it's summer, the heat just intensifies. Even when you just got out of the shower you manage to perspire so much you'd change your outfit all over again

8. Traffic pa more!

Traffic here in the Philippines is absolutely the worst thing. No matter how early you get out of the house, you still wind up being late.

9. Having To Deal With Fellow Commuters

There are just people who are plain insensitive. The kinds of people who didn't shower or brush their teeth so they smell so bad, or those people who seem to feel like they own the UV Express sitting there like a royalty they think they are, and so on.

10. Catcallers

You'd wish you're in QC everytime someone whistles at you or even call you names so that it'll be legal and you can confidently brush him off with a curse.

11. Staying Fresh and Alive

No matter how crazy your commute was, you hope and pray that you still smell good and look fabulously well.
